Dominique Kelley- Lincoln Northeast

The state’s Gatorade Basketball Player of the Year as a senior, Dominique Kelley-Johnson was the cornerstone of the Lincoln Northeast’s basketball program that compiled a 70-3 record over a 3-year period as she scored 1,535 points. Combining strength and quickness that made her a defensive stopper, she led the Rockets to the State title as a sophomore and the State semifinals the next two years. As a senior, she averaged nearly 25 points per game, falling 15 points short of the Class A single-season record. At Nebraska, Dominique started 109 consecutive games and scored more than 1,100 points before her senior season was cut short by injury.
