Starting in 2009, the Hall of Fame Foundation will honor a school for an outstanding period of success, not for just one game or one season, but over a period of time.
The award will be called: Dominant Dynasties. This award will be introduced at the 2009 awards program in the fall of the year.
Several “dynasties” have been honored via our Great Moments award category. The Board of Directors preferred to have the Great Moments to be what it says, something electrifying in one play or one game, perhaps one season. The Dynasties Award will take care of the “long haul” outstanding achievements.
